Salary: Attractive salary + super + car allowance + excellent commission based on KPI's to the right candidate

We have been operating for over 10 years across Australia offering a range of property-related services in the commercial premium buildings, retail shopping centres, education portfolios, sport and leisure, government, and non-profit sectors.
Our solution offer includes cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
Role Overview: Focusing on state and national contracts, your responsibility will be to manage a sales team, develop new business through existing networks, present at boardroom level, estimate commercially viable contracts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Main Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunitiesMaintain strong client relationshipsSolution selling to clientsWork with the Bid teamExceed set KPI's and revenue targetsHunt new businessUnderstand the property services sector8+ years of experience in this industry sectorTo be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in the above sector is highly regardedAbility to build strong professional relationshipsClear understanding of the Australian marketTo apply, please ensure you meet the minimum requirements and submit your application.
