Daily Business Customer Lifecycle is a newly set-up unit in the area of Daily Banking Services.

We're responsible for assuring daily business for NNAT customers, that reflects in handling daily inquiries of new to Bank customer set up and due diligence, to maintenance and changes of business relationships with existing clients.

Our Daily Business Customer Lifecycle team is responsible for business continuity in the fields of KYC as well as account management for NNAT customers, with high quality and pace of delivery, while assuring compliance with Legal and AML requirements.


Your Tasks:

  • You will have a significant role in providing administrative support to the account management team, including preparation and processing of clients inquires related to the accounts and byproducts (cards, standing orders, yearly audit reports, signature verification, etc.)
  • You will work closely with customers, account managers, service center and product management to assure maintenance of uptodate client records based on defined service level agreements
  • Assist with the resolution of client queries and issues, monitors and manages the renewal process for existing clients
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Legal and Compliance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to the client
  • Proactively give proposals for process improvements and digitalization potential
  • Act as a SPOC on a segment based approach for specific customer group
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account management related topics, assuring business continuity and CoT

Your Background:

  • Preferably a bachelor ́s degree in business administration, finance or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services companies
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of corporate customer needs, account mngt., product set up and legal requirements
  • Customeroriented and have good communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Good organizational and administrative skills, with a high level attention to details
