**Your future Role**:

- Become part of our experienced and highly competent customer success team
- Support our new and existing customers in optimizing their TimeTac features usage
- Lead new customers through the TimeTac onboarding service
- Gather and implement customer requirements for our system
- Provide personalized training to our key users
- You are responsible for the implementation of our TimeTac onboarding service to the customer until the handover to our customer care team
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative success strategies and concepts for our customers

**Your Skills**:

- You have excellent communication skills in German and very good written and spoken English skills
- Politeness and very good manners are a matter of course for you
- You are a real team player with a high level of enthusiasm, work accuracy and self-organization
- You already have professional experience in customer success management, IT consulting and/or customer support in the digital sector
- You have basic IT know-how in software developmen

Based on the years of relevant professional experience as a customer onboarding/success manager, we offer a minimum salary of €39,956 gross per annum (ST1, Einstiegsstufe), respectively €48,370 gross per annum (ST1, Regelstufe) based on a full-time role and on the IT collective agreement. Individual qualifications and experience relevant to the open position will be considered for the salary, and there is a clear willingness to overpay.
