- Fallabschließende Bearbeitung schriftlicher Supportanfragen unserer Bestandskund-innen.
- Dokumentation aller Gesprächsergebnisse in unserem Ticketingsystem Zendesk.
- Sammlung von Feedback und Weitergabe an entsprechende Stakeholder.
- Aneignung des Produktwissens über unsere XING Lösungen.
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von spannenden Aufgaben in unserem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.
**Das bringst Du mit**:
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice (von Vorteil, aber kein muss).
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Servicegedanke, Lösungsorientierung und hoher Kundenfokus.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
