Strategic Indirect Procurement Lead

We are looking for a dedicated Indirect Procurement Manager to enhance our procurement strategies and drive efficiency across various indirect categories.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in achieving cost savings, optimizing supplier relationships, and mitigating risks while aligning with our organizational objectives. You will have the chance to improve procurement support across departments and categories, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be entrusted with:
Identifying opportunities for improvement across various spend categories through comprehensive data analysis and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will lead sourcing initiatives and negotiations to secure advantageous contracts, terms, and conditions for the organization. Additionally, you will evaluate vendors with an emphasis on performance, value, sustainability, and risk, ensuring high standards in supplier selection. Collaborating closely with the fleet management team to devise strategies for optimizing our vehicle fleet. You will also share global category strategies with subsidiaries to maximize opportunities and manage risks effectively. As part of the Global Procurement team, you will assist with local data provision and reporting. Developing the indirect procurement framework and processes while enhancing collaboration with adjacent departments for better alignment on vendors, spending, and categories. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and evaluate procurement performance will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and controlling expenditures within set budgetary limits, collaborating with departments such as finance, legal, and operations to implement best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also assess and manage risks associated with indirect procurement.Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement. Proven expertise in Sourcing and Procurement. Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external. Familiarity with Procurement systems and Source to Contract processes. A problem-solving and analytical mindset. Excellent time management, communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities. An entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to continuous learning and the application of best practices. A proactive approach focused on continuous improvement and growth. Project management capabilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Willingness to travel up to 10%.About Red Bull:
