Job SummaryThe HRIS Specialist will be responsible for driving digitalization and implementing system upgrades in collaboration with IT and software vendors. This role will also involve collaborating with local HR teams in Europe and North America to resolve day-to-day requests and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a driver for digitalization and collaborate with IT and software vendors to implement system upgrades and configurations.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to resolve day-to-day requests and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Update all Valneva HR systems, including Recruitment, HR Core, Performance Management, and other HR-related topics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS-related inquiries and escalations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support HRIS usage across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to streamline processes and workflows through automation and system optimization.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within HR and HR Information Systems.
- At least a Bachelor degree in HR-Management or other equivalent (HR-Consulting, IT, etc.).
- High self-organizing abilities, quick grasp of understanding combined with business-oriented behavior.
- Knowledge in MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot, Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment.
- Very good proficiency in English and preferably German.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
