Job Description
Zoku is seeking a strategic Sales Manager with a focus on MICE and Entertainment to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating new connections with businesses and be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and sign new partnerships for our living, working, and meeting propositions.
- Work closely with the Meeting and Events Team to create, sell, and implement attractive offers.
- Fill all lofts, social, and meeting spaces with contracts and individual proposals.
- Develop and execute sales plans, foster a positive team environment, and lead by example.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or MICE industry.
- EU resident or valid working and residence permit for Austria.
- Fluency in German and English, other languages a plus.
