About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional with fluent German language skills to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showcasing our product's value to prospects.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches to proactively source new opportunities
  • Qualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to Account Executives for closing
  • Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and stay up-to-date on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics

Requirements
  • Fluent German and English language skills with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms
  • A passion for a career in sales with minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B/BDR (SaaS)
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory
  • A growth mindset with a positive attitude, open to feedback and continuous improvement
