Position Overview
This full-time role is based in Vienna, Austria, and is integral to our Supply Chain Management Team. You will be responsible for various sales order-related functions, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process sales orders within the Valneva ERP system for both intercompany and commercial products.
  • Schedule sales orders in accordance with established due dates.
  • Communicate with Valneva entities to resolve issues or clarify information regarding their orders.
  • Maintain and update master data related to sales order creation, including customer information, address changes, pricing, and tax codes.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations for all transactions.
  • Conduct inventory and sales reconciliation with third-party logistics providers as per internal control procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma with a background in administration or finance (e.g., commercial apprenticeship, HAK/HAK-Kolleg).
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles within a customer service setting.
  • Experience in the commercial handling of sales orders.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Office); familiarity with AX2012 is a plus.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in English and German; knowledge of French is advantageous.
  • Possess a communicative, loyal, and proactive personality.
